Return Policy

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with a clear photo and description of the issue so we can review and issue either a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Wrong address provided by the customer
  • Unclaimed packages returned by the courier
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Packages returned or rejected due to customs
  • Cancellations once the order has been fulfilled

    Refunds & Replacements

    Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

    For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

    Claims deemed to be an error on our part are covered at our expense and will either be replaced or fully refunded.

    If you notice an issue with a product or anything in your order that seems incorrect, please contact us with a photograph and a short explanation of the issue. We will review your claim and notify you whether your replacement or refund is approved.

    • Approved replacements will be shipped within 3 business days.
    • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

    Replacement / Refund Exemptions

    CrCoNi Power will not issue a refund or replacement in the following cases:

    • Wrong Address: If the provided address is insufficient and the shipment is returned, you are responsible for reshipment costs once a valid address is confirmed.
    • Unclaimed Packages: Unclaimed shipments returned to our facility must be reshipped at your expense.
    • Buyer's Remorse: We do not refund orders due to buyer's remorse. Exchanges or returns are at the customer's own expense and discretion.
    • Customs Rejection: If a package is returned due to customs issues, we cannot offer a refund. It is the customer's responsibility to understand their country’s import rules and cover any customs duties.
    • Cancellation after Fulfillment: If an order is in "Accepted" status and has already been produced, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
    • Product Discontinuation or Stock Issues: We cannot compensate for any advertising or business expenses related to discontinued or long out-of-stock products.

    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received your refund:

    1. Double check your original payment method.
    2. Contact your credit card company — it may take a few days to post.
    3. Check with your bank — processing time may vary.
